The Authentic Food Festival & Conference

The Authentic Food Festival & Conference will take place in Dublin on 27–28 May 2026, bringing together experts from research, industry, and policy to address challenges in food authenticity and fraud prevention.

The event will feature interactive sessions, expert discussions, and networking opportunities with an international community committed to strengthening trust and transparency in the food system. Participants will also have the opportunity to present their work through abstract submissions and poster presentations, contributing to knowledge exchange and showcasing innovative research and practices in the field.

Attendees are invited to submit abstracts for consideration and share their insights with a diverse audience of stakeholders shaping the future of food safety.

A special registration rate is available for students, with early bird registration open until, 31 March 2026.
